The Central District Health Department's H1N1 vaccination clinic at Les Bois has been placed on hold until further notice due to a temporary shortage of vaccine.  Please continue to send back the permission sheets.  As soon as the clinic is resheduled we will post the information here. Below are links to two letters from CDHD concerning the changes.
